Tuff Runna Adults

I have not worked out in a long time and I am wondering if I will be able to complete the workouts? ​

Yes! Our boot camp has two levels. Level 1 and level 2. Level 1 is for individuals just starting out and who's fitness level is at a beginners stage. Level 2 is for the stronger more experienced athlete, who is looking to break through their plateau and compliment their current fitness activities. ie, going to the gym, recreational hockey, marathons, Zumba, spin classes etc. If you feel level 2 is too difficult, you have the option of switching back to level 1. The instructors will work closely with each group to monitor their progress, technical performance, and mechanical breakdown all while encouraging you every step of the way.

My schedule is all over the place. Are there any other options for training?

Yes! Our business is based on client bookings so we are able to figure out a schedule that works for you . Please email us directly for more information.

Is your bootcamp JUST running?

No, we combine our training with anaerobic and aerobic exercises.

What is the age range of the boot camp?

 In general we define Adults from age 21 and up. If you think your age maybe an issue please contact us directly for further info.

My child is not that active. Will he/she be ok with the physical intensity?

This bootcamp is geared towards kids who have a fitness level of beginner and/or intermidiate.

Our work schedule and home schedule are crazy. Are there any other options for bookings?

Yes! We offer tailor made schedules for our clients. Please contact us directly.

What type of activities will the kids be doing?

Tuff Runna bootcamp for kids is designed for kids to learn fun ways of keeping in shape and living a healthy active lifestyle.  We use various drills, exercices and positive feedback to have the kids feeling good and confident about themselves.

What should my child wear?

Depending on the weather but in general; Sweater, Jogging Pants, Shorts and a T shirt and bring a bottle of water.

How long does each session last for?

Each session lasts for approximately one hour.
