In Canada, childhood obesity is on the rise. Currently 30% of the childhood population is obese or overweight. Obesity ocurrs when the ingested amount of energy is greater then the burned energy. Tuff Runna Boot Camp For Kids is specifically designed to improve kids overall fitness level and promote a healthy lifestyle. Our goal is to build strong healthy kids and prevent childhood obesity related diseases.
Tuff Runna For Kids will have your child running, jumping, and skipping while having fun! Recent studies have shown kids spending less time participating in physical activity and more time watching television and video gaming.
Children who are at risk of becoming obese:
- Eat and drink lots of sugary foods, consume large amounts of fast foods
- Are not physically active
- Eat to deal with stress or snack and over indulge while doing homework
- Live in a home where eating healthy and physical activity are not practiced

At Tuff Runna Boot Camp For Kids, Sports Performance Coach Randy will instill the essential habits of eating healthy and being active. Your child will become strong and confident with their new skills and will want to continue to be physically fit.
