TUFF RUNNA Bootcamp is an interactive training program to help You get active and STAY in shape. This Bootcamp is made for several types of ATHLETES on different levels. There will be LOTS of ELEMENTS to the Bootcamp other than only running. Whether you are a Weekend Warrior, a Marathon Runner, or a Gym Rat TUFF RUNNA will introduce you to ACTION PACKED WORKOUTS that will make you sweat!

Working out in a group is always beneficial when it comes to exercising and training. Participants will work as a TEAM to help and encourage one another to reach their workout goals in a safe environment. Coach Randy and pride himself on keeping the WORK-OUTS FUN and challenging for all the participants. Participants can expect to gain STRENGTH, SPEED, FITNESS, and of course WEIGHT LOSS during their sessions.
